We ask for forgiveness and permission
To raise Your banner and the banner of Your Beloved, sallalahu alayhi wa sallam
O Allah…
We ask for protection from our self
Let all our doing is Yours alone,
That there will be nothing for us except You,
which is always be enough for us.
O Allah…
Protect all Muslimin and Muslimat
You have made trade halal for us,
and make riba haram for us.
Please make it easy for us, to follow your Shariah and the Sunnah of Rasul, sallalahu alayhi wa sallam.
O Allah…
You are our only Fortress,
and it is always, always be enough for us
When You say: ‘Be, it is!’
You have completed our affairs…

through all these years
just a glimpse of you, would make me content

through silent murmurs and lowering gaze
